Job Overview:

The ideal Intern, Physician Recruitment will support the RWJBarnabas Health Physician Development Department who recruit for crucial physician and advanced practice provider (APP) vacancies across the health system. This role will provide administrative support to the division, as well as:

• Work with physician recruitment team to source, recruit and hire providers throughout the process.

• Submit job postings online.

• Source potential candidates through online channels.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of communication with candidates.

• Help with organization of invoices and inventory within department.

• Perform new hire onboarding responsibilities.

• Support the Marketing Specialist on various sourcing projects and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree

• Strong attention to detail

• Very task-oriented

• Self-starter

• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Scheduling Requirements:

• Part-time/20 hoursa week; hours can be flexible dependent on school schedule.

• This is a Hybrid role with an onsite location in West Orange, NJ,. Onsite requirements vary as business needs require and dependent on schedule.
