Jeff Abrams, representing Robert Half, is thrilled to collaborate with an outstanding investment firm in their search for a talented Fund Accountant. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledgers for Funds and General Partnerships, encompassing tasks such as recording quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany payables/receivables, investment transactions, and limited partner allocations.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Assist in annual audits and tax filings.

• Monitor the cash position of assigned Funds.

• Calculate, record, and process Fund and Investment capital calls and distributions.

• Collaborate with Investor Relations to address inquiries from limited partners.

• Fulfill various ad-hoc reporting requests.

  Requirements

• 1.5-4 years of experience in Accounting/Fund Accounting, or transition directly from public Audit with exposure to investment management clients.

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics.

• CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA credentials is advantageous.
