Description

A company based in Fort Lee, NJ is currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join their staff on a contract to full-time basis as they undergo a relocation and centralization of accounting operations into their site. The Accounting Supervisor will be a hands-on individual who will be heavily involved with driving routine monthly close activities, preparing financials for their assigned division, and also calculating cost of goods sold. The ideal Accounting Supervisor will have recent experience working in the healthcare services and/or pharmaceutical industries, and will be proficient with Oracle. Strong Excel skills are a must!

Requirements

• Recent experience in an Accounting Supervisor capacity overseeing a small staff (less than 3 individuals)

• Prior experience in healthcare services and/or pharmaceutical industries preferred

• Ability to drive monthly close processes

• Ability to produce monthly financial statements

• Account analysis

• Software: Oracle (desired)

• Strong Excel skills a must
