We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product and Technology teams to deliver the Product vision and strategy designed to create products customers love and meet company objectives.

  • Collaborates with Product Managers to support the prioritization of features within the product roadmap.

  • Become an SME and truly own features end to end: from conception to client delivery.

  • Work continuously with teams to provide answers, feedback, and direction on work items and user stories.

  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Client Implementation teams to ensure the work managed by the Scrum teams achieves the highest value relative to the needs priority of the business.

  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and teams to define the sprint plan based on the priority outlined within the overall product vision and roadmap.

  • Refine product requirements based on the input obtained through sprint showcases and demos.

  • Create and author user stories with detailed acceptance criteria written in the customer's voice.

  • Collaborate with the team to prepare the estimates for the user stories within the product backlog.

  • Conduct the formal review and acceptance of user stories implemented by a team within a sprint.

  • Share the responsibility to maintain a groomed backlog and use effective Agile processes (Scrum and Agile).

  • Work with stakeholders to identify KPIs and gather data analytics requirements.

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and document requirements.

  • Partner and work with business stakeholders to define high-impact analytical problems and find innovative ways to solve problems with data.

  • Break down big problems into small stories that provide value to users.

  • Document detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely upon to complete their tasks.

  • Drive UI/UX to ensure a customer-centric and seamless user experience

  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making

  • Work closely with Technology to ensure an optimal technical design for a reusable and extendable solution

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in Product Management.

  • Experience working in FinTech.

  • Experience working with remote teams.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher educational background.

  • Agile Product Owner or equivalent experience.

  • Deep understanding of business requirements elicitation.

  • Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.

  • Excellent communication, public relations, and follow-up skills.

  • A strong work ethic and sense of accountability.

  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to maintain a positive and results-oriented attitude.

  • Effective team player.
