Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.

PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, the PMX Central Activation team has added a new arm dedicated specifically to PMX Lift and servicing our agencies via activating ATV campaigns on their behalf.

On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

Must haves for this role include a proven track record and comfortability in a client facing role, a deep understanding of the advanced TV and video ecosystems, along with an expertise in audience based buying.

Your Impact:

  • Able to deliver key client overviews and onboardings, with a view to growing Lift adoption among the PM client base – with specific focus on Zenith agency accounts and teams· Interpretation of client briefs – helping ensure flawless planning of campaigns rooted in key client understanding· Communicate into Epsilon product teams, that informs data integrations and product development· A key client facing role, candidate will have deep knowledge of landscape and comfortable explaining the role of advanced video· Supports integration of Lift into wider business - Growth/New Biz, Tools, etc.

  • Manage direct reports and report into the EVP, PMX Lift

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree·

  • 10+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities

  • Experience managing direct reports

  • Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT

  • Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)

  • Experience with process building/workflow documentation·

  • Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills

  • Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, organizational skills, and initiative

Compensation Range: $143,000-$225,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
