Citigroup Conversions Marketing Execution Lead (C13/VP) in New York, New York

As VP of Product Conversions Marketing Execution:

  • You will be responsible for the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for existing Citi credit card customers. Product Conversions campaigns focus on offers for the customer to switch their existing card to another Citi card that may be more relevant for them, with no application or credit bureau inquiry.

  • You will assist with the Natural Reissue program on an as needed basis. This program focuses on Communications before and after a customer’s card expires, letting them know the new card is coming and a reminder to activate afterwards, while reinforcing the card benefits.

  • You will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of campaigns. You will also own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and control systems for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining marketing strategy in requirements documents used to execute Conversions marketing campaigns. Requires deep understanding of available Citi data to execute marketing campaigns by creating Business Requirement documents and advising on new strategies and testing opportunities.

  • Partner with various support teams on campaign data updates and monitor the accurate implementation of those updates. Coordinate very detailed tasks with various resources to execute new and complex Conversions marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to leverage data to create dashboard reporting to monitor campaign trends and determine opportunities for targeting improvement.

  • Adhere to Control and Compliance processes for marketing campaign execution, including use of Aprimo tool to document and validate campaign processes to adhere to all compliance processes.

  • Submit and review requests for campaign offer codes with the correct construct, which is critical to accurately putting Conversion offers into market.

  • Manage file requirements and data required to execute marketing campaigns.

  • Ensuring strong focuses on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed to Citi’s rigorous controls standard.

  • Working across multi-functional teams, such as:

  • Product and Marketing Strategy teams

  • Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting and channel requirements

  • Technology and Operations teams including HIT, Letters, Pricing, Card issuance and IT back end systems to support campaign management.

  • Analytics team to report campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in direct or digital marketing, specifically in targeting or data management.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization and attention to detail.

  • High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines.

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.

  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency side experience is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
