Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is actively seeking talented Instructional Designers in the Middle Tennessee area to take on new freelance projects and/or short-term contracts! Roles can vary in pay and the number of hours per week is dependent upon the client.

The Instructional Designer's Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conducting subject matter expert interviews and reviewing product source materials to outline blueprint software product training curricula, courses, and modules that are audience/learning specifically.

• Write scripts, design documents, and storyboards, and organize source materials to provide to video and course developers.

• Participate in every phase of review for all vendor-created design documents, videos, and modules to ensure sound instructional design and adherence to our client’s brand guidelines/templates.

These curricula, courses, and module outlines will be submitted to a vendor development team for further writing and development.

Requirements

• Experience designing, building, and delivering as needed instructionally sound (ADDIE; AGILE) courses, programs, and other educational resources (ILT, web course, virtual) that result in the development of employee knowledge, as well as skills and abilities.

• Demonstrated professional knowledge of and experience with instructional design theory, practice, and tools within the full spectrum of instructional media platforms, including instructor-led, eLearning, web-based, and video instructional deliverables.

• Experience with Articulate Rise 360, SnagIt, SmartSheets, & SharePoint

• Previous E-learning Samples
