Coordinate the architectural, structural, civil ventilation, plumbing, electrical and interior design drawings. Analyze, communicate and track request for information. Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at the project site. Survey lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Provide technical advice regarding design construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel. Prepare preconstruction and sub-division infrastructure drawings. Prepare and track bank draws. Reqs. A master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field of study and travel to and from job sites in New Jersey and New York as needed. Salary - $69,971 per year.
