Job Description:

• Designs and develops basic learning solutions, including web-based learning, instructor-led, blended instruction and virtual sessions, within the technological environment of the client.

• Receives learning objectives and other source content from client subject matter experts, organizes it into a logical, instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the learners/end users.

• Responds to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and client subject matter expert issues

• Revises or redevelops learning solution in response to feedback from the client.

• Delivers project on time within budget.

• Performs maintenance on existing training material

• Demonstrates the application of adult learning instructional design to the training industry
