Description: Short & Sweet: This position requires responsibility for cleaning and sanitation of all cheese making equipment in the HTST, Vat and CIP rooms. Schedule: 12 hour shifts5:30 PM - 6:00 AM2, 2, 3 rotation24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays$1.00 shift premium between 6 PM and 6 AM Job Responsibilities: Follow CIP (Clean In Place) procedure for each piece of equipment and set up for production within allotted timeMonitor several factors to ensure a proper CIP process: flow, temperature, time, pressure, chemical concentration and visual inspectionTransfer flowverter connections from production to CIP position and backLockout equipment as requiredHose down floor and equipment with water and also with a foam sanitation solutionGather chemicals needed from chemical room wearing appropriate PPEDocument times, temperatures and strengths of each CIP accurately on the Daily Chemical Strength Log and appropriate recording chartsConduct gasket control programPerform pre-start up inspectionsOperate floor scrubber to clean floorsWrite maintenance work ordersCommunicate quality concerns to the Quality Execution DepartmentAny additional duties as assigned Job Requirements:The ability to communicate verbally and in writing.Must be 18 years of age.Must be able to support 24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays.The ability to complete work assignments with high degree of accuracy.Must be able to lift 40 lbs and climb stairs hourly Leprino Foods Company utilizes the services of Psychemedics to perform our Hair Follicle Drug Testing.
